Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a pkjk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other exclusion that prohibits you from using online gaming services.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pkjk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, or proof of ownership of your payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. pkjk will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pkjk of a security breach at [email protected].

Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of account registration. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any of the following change:

• Your registered mobile number linked to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Your legal name following any official name change.
• Any details relevant to your continued eligibility under these Terms.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pkjk support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be reviewed. pkjk reserves the right to withhold funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending completion of an investigation. pkjk may also close accounts at its sole discretion in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

Deposits

All deposit transactions at pkjk are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pkjk, though individual mobile wallet limits set by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay may apply.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, subject to verification and possible deduction of any applicable transaction fees.
• pkjk credits deposits to your account balance as soon as the mobile wallet transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. pkjk is not liable for delays caused by the mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• pkjk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to investigate the legitimacy of the transaction, including but not limited to suspected bonus abuse, fraud, or potential breach of these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all pkjk bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states it is repeatable.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• pkjk reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion and reclaim bonus funds if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a platform error, or collusion.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been fully met.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date they are credited to your account. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account. pkjk accepts no liability for expired bonuses where the player did not use the bonus within the stated time window.

Prohibited Actions

• Registering more than one account on the pkjk platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a way not permitted to human players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market on the platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or platform error to gain an advantage, rather than reporting it to pkjk support immediately.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the pkjk platform for any money-laundering purpose.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered pkjk players via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders — receive an alert after a set period of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pkjk platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not receive any promotional communications.
